The Tinytag Transit 2 logger, TG-4080, is a practical, robust, lightweight and cost effective temperature recorder ideal for monitoring goods in transit such as foods, pharmaceuticals and other temperature-sensitive products.
The logger can be downloaded using either a USB cable or an inductive pad. Using the logger with a USB cable offers a very cost effective solution for single unit downloads but when there is a need to download many units, the inductive pad option is much easier and faster.
Each logger has 2 LED indicators. The green light flashes to show that the logger is recording and the red light can be used to warn the user that the temperature (as previously set) had gone out of range, thus avoiding a ruined consignment.
The unit is BS EN12830 compliant, making it ideal for temperature monitoring of the transport, storage and distribution of chilled, frozen, deep and quick-frozen foods.

Software
Tinytag Explorer, Windows software to configure, offload and analyse data from all Tinytags. The software is provided as a site licence and can be bundled with the appropriate download cable for your logger.
Connection
There are two connections available to download data from this logger. The USB cable option, CAB-0005-USB, a cost-effective solution for single unit downloads, and the inductive option, ACS-3030, easier and faster if you need to download data from several units at the same time.
