• The system is an excellent mixed system which is applicable for single building and housing district with buildings and villas. Besides the common functions of calling/answering/unlocking.there are more useful features as follows.
• All common functions are available, such as calling, answering and releasing doors remotely;
• INTERCOM is available between apartments in the same building or in different buildings;
• ISOLATION MODULES protect all apartments from any malfunction happened in an apartment;
• PLUG & PLAY technology and BUS WIRES connection save cost and time from wiring and installation;
• COLOR PICTURE MEMORY is available with video multi-functional module JB-2107;
• BURGLAR ALARM devices can be connected to indoor phones;
• CCTV Cameras can be connected and all apartments in the same building can share and control them;
• PRIVACY function is available;
• All electric circuit boards are printed in high quality by SIEMENS SMT production lines;
• Some door panels are with features of anti-vandal, waterproof, illuminant and night viewing;
• The LCD screen in the door panels can heat automatically when the temperature is lower than -10℃;
• The LCD screen can display the operation instruction and other information;
• CAMERA VIEWING ANGLE (Model Aluminum IV Door Station only) is adjustable (about 10 degree);
• Speech volume is adjustable on indoor phones;
• DOORBELL and video 2nd-confirm door station can be linked to an apartment;
• Extra indoor phones are available for every apartments;
• Extra door stations are available for more entrances in a building;
• EXIT BUTTON is available to link the door stations if required;
• PROXIMITY CARDS and PIN CODES (passwords) are available to release the doors;
• Releasing lock overtime can be up to 10 seconds;
• Audio and video are compatible;
• Users can get help from the guards by calling a guard unit (if there is);
